PayPal accepts both credit or debit cards and you don’t need a PayPal account to Place and order. Its super easy and your order will ship same day.
However, if you choose the ‘Direct Deposit’ option you will then be presented with our Banking Details on check out. Please use your FULL NAME as your deposit reference. Once your funds have cleared we will send your order.
Delivery
Here at Op Tots we understand how fun it is to find a bargain online, and get it quickly too! We will aim to have all orders packaged and sent the same day or next business day using Australia Post. Please be aware that we are an internet store only and do not offer local pick up.
Shipping
Shipping rates are based on order weight which will be calculated at the check-out before you complete your
order. We use Parcel Post Prepaid Satchels which are the the quickest and most economical way to post based on the weight for the satchel. If your order is large or bulky in size, we will post your order in an Australia Post Tough Bag, which will also be based on the weight of the item.

Loss or Damage in Transit
Although Australia Post is a reliable mail delivery service, problems do occur which may be beyond our control at Op Tots. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly at shop@optots.com so we can sort it out immediately.
Product Information
You should appreciate that used and recycled clothing has been worn and is not in perfect condition. We try our best to describe each item as accurately as possible and to provide detailed information regarding the condition of the item. We have also made every effort to display the colors of items as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All sizing information is what appears on the items tag. Please be aware that used items have been prewashed so sizing may be slightly different.
Returns
We are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping/handling costs) within 10 days. For items that are New With Tags, if the tag is removed, you will only be refunded 50% of your cost as these items lose value when the tags are removed.
